Business Academy Southwest has Denmark’s most satisfied students. Both our full-time courses and our further training courses are top-level, according to Ennova’s survey on student satisfaction, on what students learn from their studies and on loyalty. More than 20,000 students at 10 institutions of further education - primarily business academies - took part in the survey.
For the sixth and seventh year running respectively, the students at Business Academy Southwest are the most satisfied students in Denmark. For the sixth year running the full-time students at the academy (with addresses in Esbjerg and Sonderborg) have made sure the academy is at the top of the national survey about satisfaction and about the academy. It is the seventh time that our further training courses achieve the same, impressive recognition.
We have been pleased every time the survey has been published over the past seven years. The academy’s tutors and other staff make a great effort every day to create the best possible environment for the training of qualified labour for business in southern Jutland. The students recognise this effort in their responses, so all of our staff deserve praise.

Even the best can get better
In the annual survey students answer a wide range of questions about general study satisfaction, about what they learn from their teaching and about their feeling of loyalty towards the institution where they are studying. And not only has the academy preserved its first place from the past five years. The academy has achieved the best result ever when it comes to all three parameters: study satisfaction, what the students learn from our teaching, and loyalty.
Among Business Academy Southwest’s 16 full-time courses, the most satisfied students are the Fitter, International Sales and Marketing, and Constructing Architect students.
A positive force in all of Southern Jutland
Not only Business Academy Southwest, the staff and the students should be proud, says our principal, Henrik Larsen. This goes for the entire region:
”It shows that we’re generally very capable here in Southern Jutland. The students really benefit from being here, and we’re not only talking about recognition of our academy, but of the entire southern Jutland area, which we serve. We know that courses of a high quality are crucial to development of the labour market in the area, and we’re proud to be able to contribute to that,” he says.
